Shipping Guidelines / Routing Instructions for Dead-stock/Surplus Inventory
1. WHAT TO SEND
SEND all types of LOGO’D / DECORATED clothing including hoodies, crew sweatshirts, fleece, t-shirts, jerseys, activewear, sleepwear, pants, jackets, etc. Include damaged goods, dated goods, broken size runs, one-offs, clearance items, overstock, etc. – whatever doesn’t sell.
SEND ONLY clothing that is intended for retail orders and reorders. Refried will store excess goods for repeat orders at no cost. We do not accept donated clothing that is not intended for orders without prior approval.
BANNERS – NOTE: Refried MUST APPROVE PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Refried will likely request a small sample of the banner material to test the upcycle-ability prior to approval to ship for intended orders.
2. WHAT NOT TO SEND
DO NOT send baseball caps, footwear, hard goods
DO NOT send damp or wet clothing, or clothing with foreign matter i.e., shards of glass, metal, etc.
DO NOT send NON-LOGO’D / NON-DECORATED clothing without prior permission by Refried. Refried may consider accepting non-branded goods but only on a selective basis.
DO NOT send USED / POST-CONSUMER clothing
DO NOT include hangers or poly bags. Remove prior to packing cartons.
3. ROUTING INSTRUCTIONS

SHIPPING / RECEIVING HOURS: Mon-Fri 8:00AM EST – 4:00PM EST
– Notify Refried Apparel prior to shipment at production@refriedapparel.com
SHIPPING / DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:
Tracking number MUST be emailed to production@refriedapparel.com
Pallet size limit – 6 ft. height / 4 ft. width (approx) – No wider than a standard pallet
Palletized cartons MUST be wrapped
Each carton MUST be clearly marked with a count indicator that tells which carton it is in relation to the total number of cartons. Example: 1 of 10, 2 of 10, 3 of 10, etc.
